Free cancellation
Reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time (15:00, Europe/Bucharest). After that, the first night is charged.
How to cancel
Write to contact@royalvista.ro with your reservation number, or call +40 123 456 789. The cancellation is effective when we confirm it in writing.
No-show
If you do not arrive and have not cancelled, the full stay may be charged. Please tell us if you will be late — we hold the room until midnight on the arrival night unless you ask us not to.
