What we collect
To complete a reservation we need your name, email, phone number, country, and optionally an address and special requests. If you create an account we also store a password hash and the time you confirmed the address. Payment card details are collected by Stripe in their iframe and never touch our servers. We keep the reservation record for the period required by Romanian accounting and tax law.
How we use it
We use this data to fulfil the booking, to contact you about it, to send the account confirmation link, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell it. We do not run advertising cookies. Session cookies are strictly necessary to keep your hold, your signed-in session, and to show you your confirmation.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or — where the law allows — to delete it. Write to contact@royalvista.ro. We will respond within 30 days.
