The contract
A reservation is a contract between you and Royal Vista Boutique Hotel, Bulevardul Mamaia 234, Constanța, Romania. Completing checkout — whether you pay now or at reception — confirms the stay on the dates and at the rate shown on the confirmation.
Your stay
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. A valid photo ID is required at check-in. We may reasonably refuse a guest who cannot produce one, or whose behaviour puts other guests at risk.
Liability
We are responsible for the room as described and for the services we confirm. We are not responsible for events outside our control (weather, public infrastructure, force majeure) beyond offering a reasonable alternative or a refund of unused nights, as the law requires.
